How could I know if a phone can be activated on Pageplus or not?

Before you spend that much money check out cowboom.com, I bought my x from them for $80 and activated it on pageplus no problem.

I looked on cowboom for months n& gave up and bought one last week from Amazon. They never seem to have them in stock lately.
