In another thread you claimed you'd gotten rid of all your Apple stuff. Then you still owned an iPad. Now you are still in the process of liquidating. Is it that hard to keep your stories straight?
That aren't forcing retailers to pull competing products. They are forcing them to pull infringing products. Maybe you actually don't understand the difference. I'd say that was typical. Would you understand the word?
If you only see the exterior as being similar and don't see the functional differences between models, you truly belong in the Android world. The new iPad, for example, is worlds ahead of original. The display alone is far ahead. The rest of the exterior looks almost the same, I guess, but not everyone buys the bright shiny things just because it's bright and shiny. I suppose if they had revamped the exterior they could have drawn some of those looking for bright and shiny.
Given your history, I wonder how much of what you post is actually true. You've been caught making stuff up before.
Now, as for lemmings, if you truly bought two devices in the last year, who's the lemming? They release it and you run out and buy it. Sounds like a lemming to me.
Why should Apple release multiple models in a year? I am not sure how much business experience you have, but if you sink a pile of money into R&D for a product, the wise decision is to squeeze as much out of that product as possible. I expect that concept will go straight over your head. Perhaps a university level business course, even a 101 level , could help provide some insight for you. Those community colleges really don't do enough to develop independent, critical thinking skills, do they?
Where exactly is Apple getting slaughtered? They seem to be doing quite well. Even someone with just a CC diploma should be able to see that.
Have a better look bud. Industrial hygienist is a little bit more than a community college education. Your come backs are typical lemming answers. I am getting rid of all my apple products. As I said, I had....... the only thing I have left is my iPad, that's going out the door as soon as someone comes with the money. I buy more than one phone a year because I effing want to....jealous? I don't run out and camp for a week like a total douchebag for the next amazing apple product. I own all different devices, HTC, Samsung, blackberry and others. Because I like the stuff. Apple has not innovated anything since the original phone. The iOS is as boring as it was in the beginning. Blah. The devices have gotten marginally better even though not near the performance of the competition. Also, I do own two very successful companies.
Yes I make up s@!t all the time. Yep. For sure. Good for you. Caught again... too funny.

Sorry, my bad, it's trade school level. So, as a mold remediation specialist, if my toilet overflowed, would you bring a plunger if I call you?
If you buy more than one phone a year, you must be a very bored young man. I lived in Newfoundland for a couple years as a kid. I imagine it's either buy lots of toys and troll or take a long walk off a pier. I guess that explains part of the bitterness. BTW, when you say you own two companies, do you mean daddy owns two companies and you work for one of them doing sewage clean up?

Have a better look bud. A janitor is a little bit less than a community college education, more like high school. Your come backs are logical, unlike mine. I am getting rid of all my apple products. As I said, I had....... the only thing I have left is my iPad, that's going out the door as soon as someone comes with the money, it's far too confusing for me to use. I buy more than one phone a year because I effing want to....mostly due to me having more money than brains. I don't run out and camp for a week like a total douchebag for the next amazing apple product. I own all different devices, HTC, Samsung, blackberry and others. Because I like the stuff. Apple has not innovated anything since the original phone, this is my simplistic opinion. The iOS is as boring as it was in the beginning, although it has not become easier for me to use. Blah. The devices have gotten much better and they surpass the performance of devices made by other companies.
Yes I make up s@!t all the time. I was caught and I should feel horrible about myself.

Actually Apple products are well ahead of the competiton regarding performance. Android has significantly more input lag, lower animation framerates, and more instability. WP7 doesn't suffer from those but it currently has outdated hardware. Just a note, the A5 and A5X crush anything like the Exynos 4412 or the Tegra 3 because iOS's GPU processing puts it way ahead. The SGX543 is the fastest mobile GPU currently used in a product, which means an OS rendered on the GPU will perform best if it has the best graphics hardware.

I'm an avid iPhone user, and I have to call this misinformed.
The SGX543 in its MP2 and MP4 guises is still faster -- in graphics. There are certain areas where a Snapdragon S4, and certainly the quad-core chips like the Exynos 4412 or (higher-spec) Tegra 3, will outpace an A5 or A5X in raw computing power. That's to be expected, though: for all intents and purposes, they came out several months later.
Instability is one thing (it hasn't been too bad on Android 4.0 gear), but input lag and frame rates depend entirely on the phone you're using and the OS version you have. Try an HTC One X or S, or a Galaxy S III -- those are quick. And if you want that Holy Grail of responsiveness, there's always a Galaxy Nexus with Android 4.1. Project Butter is subtle, but it really changes how the OS feels; your input feels much more connected to what's happening on screen, and that's with what's considered a middling processor today.
That said, HTC and Samsung had better be scared if Apple offers anything more than a die-shrunk A5X. A quad-core (or Cortex-A15-based dual-core) A6 could be seriously fast and a perfect fit with LTE.
I don't understand why some people were disappointed with the 4S. The iPhone 4/4S is a great looking phone, and the 4S gave it a big performance boost and fixed the antenna-gate problem.
Yeah I'm loving my 4S... probably won't upgrade till 5S but am looking forward to seeing what's in store in the next few months

It's not official, but it's also not new -- we've seen a few photos and videos of the front and back panels now, which leads me to think it's the real deal.
Some people claim that it's a small upgrade, but I disagree. It's bigger, obviously, but the total design should be thinner and more durable in addition to whatever's inside. The headphone jack will finally be in the right place, and it'll be harder to block the microphone or speaker by accident.
