Is it possible to get paid apps through Google Play and have them put the cost on my USCC bill? I have read this is possible on the FAQ page, but there is no option for carrier billing at checkout.
I am wanting to purchase Titanium Backup Pro.
Is it maybe that Titanium Track are out of Switzerland and probably don't use US dollars?
