I thought the money for the pipes came from users like us. But yes, it's their playground so they get to bully whoever they want.

The AT&T Forums are not operated on the wireless network. We pay taxes but you cannot go to the National Guard Armory and borrow a tank.

In this context, a pipe is a musical instrument.
