Anyone know if this thing supports java Apps like the LG500G does?
The specs here http://tracfone.deviceanywhere.com/t...54&cid=1406347
say "Games Download" which is what the LG500G says.
What about MP3 ringtones?
HSN site says the $99.95 price ends today (June 30), regular price $149.95

Congratulations!! TRACFONE has coverage in your area.
The Zipcode 76825 is eligible for TRACFONE service with ATT Network

Mine finally activated to get my transferred minutes I had to add a bunch of codes similar to CDMA coding. When I accidentally hit the browse button it used a minuscule amount of data. But when I browsed for 5 minutes it took 9 full units. The 3 g data doesn't seem fast something is limiting the throughput As the wifi is much faster than the 3G but my iPhone that uses the same tower on 3G is faster on 3G than wifi. I downloaded opera mini 7 and it wouldn't do anything. I then downloaded 3.2 and that did work. When I got a long text saying the port was complete the message was long and it took .6 minutes. Not sure how The data usage is calculated yet. I think they have a 3G trac because there are places that are 3G only (2g doesn't work at all in the old alltel areas)
trying to come up with better signature.......
Those of you who own the phone, can you guys/gals post pictures taken by the S390G? Also include commentaries such as if it's low light or anything that might be important. Thank you.
I wonder if it's possible to install a Skype app and make calls over wifi on this phone?
Anyone who has used the Tracfone Samsung s390g and LG 800g care to post your comparison or likes/dislikes between the two? I have a LG 800g and am waiting for my HSN.com s390g. Thanks!![]()
Last year I jumped on the EX124G when it came out. The phone has been satisfactory, but not great for me. I am excited about the 3G & wi-fi capabilities of this phone. I am anxious to find out if the smaller screen is going to be a problem for going online when compared to the EX124G and the LG800? For those of us who are using phones now with full size screens, will we disappointed by the screen on this phone? Also, how about signal strength and call reliability and quality. The EX124G is just barely satisfactory and much worse than my old Motorola W376g that was such a winner in call quality. No matter what features the phone may have, call quality is the most important feature to me. Looking in the crystal ball, I am really looking forward to an Iphone style Tracfone.
ordered today! should get it by thurs or fri.
Looking forward to the wifi/3g but not looking forward to the switching my number and minutes over. Site has been buggy the last couple of days. Would not let me buy a $10 airtime to activate my brother emergency phone. Ended up just saying forget it and hoped he didn;t have an emergency when he was driving.![]()
I transferred from my LG 420g to my Samsung S425g without a hitch. Everything transferred and was working immediately. I agree though, it's like playing the lotto using their site - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
LOL @ your brother. On the flip side, he can always go buy an airtime card for himself if he needs it!
Castrol EDGE 5W-30 is my drug of choice.
