HTC HD2 TouchScreen not responding when locked

Seems so far if the phone is locked i cant unlock it without having to pull the battery. Since lunch today i havent been able to get into my phone. Now if i get a call i can unlock it (After i missed the call )

This all started today, which it has never done before.. i have tried the suggested found on the tmobile site for troubleshooting the HTC HD, but only works as long as i dont let the phone lock.

Once its locked i have to wait for something to happen to unlock it, my buttons on the bottom work and turn on the phone.

I have only had the phone for 1.5yrs maybe 2yrs. It running WM6.5 if that matters or helps suggest solutions.

YOu seriously expect me to download a txt file that has the steps? if that file is legit, just copy and paste the text into this post.. i know how to reset the device, already did it and loaded a new rom, has nothing to do with software..
