att galaxy note i717 straight talk help

ok i got a i717 note and a att striaght talk sim card. I finially got the APN setting that came with the straight talk sim to save. Phone is making calls and texting but the data services are not working. What am i doing wrong?

Download via wifi "APN backup and restore via Google play. Open and hit deletes apns. Then go to phones setting. Wireless and networks. Mobile network and apns and create a new one then menu and save when done . When done, make sure you select the apn to make it default.

It still didnt work, Ive tried about everything. My network says HOME, i get calls and text but no data. Any chance im on a international phone or would i not get phone and text with that? I bought this phone off ebay and it was suppose to be the usaatt model and i have not rooted or unlocked.

DELETE the default at&t APN using the backup APN app cukio suggested and then add the straight talk APN settings that are online.
