Geez....
I did not know about this at all until today. I noticed the data amounts had been doubled. So, I came to the forums to see what was up....wow....
Last month 4/16/12 I received a text message saying that my data renewal was removed. It was to be renewed on 4/15/12, so since it was removed, my data wasn't renewed (had about 100meg left)...and zeroed out. I called in and spent quite a bit of time going through various questions such as, 1) you need to have enough money in your account to cover the renewal (I did), 2) You need to renew before the data expires (ah...it was on auto-renew which was removed without my knowledge), etc., etc. She finally give me 150 megs back and increased the expiration date to 5/15 or something like that.
I had added $25 to my account today after trying to make a phone call and hearing that my air-time was expiring on the 13th. After reading this forum, I went back and tried to add a data package...no problem at all. I should have went with the $5, but did $15 instead. Now it has my data expiration at 6/6/2012.
I have no idea what this all means now. I only have "Caution" signs on the International Calling Plan (says I must change the plan).
The caution sign for the $25 data says that I don't have enough money in my account (only $17 now).
The caution sign for the Unlimited Messaging states I already have over 1000 messages and I will loose those if I choose "unlimited."
What's going on? Is there a potential that I will loose my data?
Any chance of AT&T changing something because I called in on the 16th?
I have no idea what's going on or what I should even do. My only choices are AT&T and Verizon (coverage). AT&T _was_ the cheapest choice....
