That's just Sprint's way of sugar coating that they're upgrading their towers, backhauls and rolling out LTE. All it means is better 3G speeds.

So if I flash a evo 3d to boost is gonna get 1mg not 200k to 400k that I get now

Ahh....no. There's a big difference between the Sprint Prepaid forum here and the Sprint forum.

There is ALOT of misinformation and confusion here. I would strongly suggest to take the time and read up regarding future changes before assuming anything. That's anything such as rate plans, WiMAX, etc.

So called "BYOD" options wouldn't have anything to do with Sprint's Network Vision project. However, there are some changes coming with regards to carriers interoperability with "stolen" or "blacklisted" devices. Much more to read on this subject here:
