Question AT&T GS2 - Is there a ROM that is stock, but with all the extra crap taken out?

I've been running CM7, but there are glitches with 7.2 RC which make the phone less usable to me. Is there a ROM that simply has all the extra non needed apps taken out of the stock ROM?

On my EVO 4G I really liked MIKG which was a stock ROM, with added extras and debloated, but kept all the usability of stock.

I'm running UnNamed 2.2.1 which is basically a rooted stock with ALL bloatware taken out and a few really great tweaks. The touch response on this rom is ridiculous. So much better than stock.

I really recommend it. I've tried a few ICS roms but noticed how laggy they were. I think this one is a keeper.

You can also use apps to uninstall bloatware- must be rooted. Google SDX Stock App Removal- this app can backup the apks before removing them. You can also use Titanium Backup to freeze bloatware.
