Android Keitai with Sliding QWERTY Keyboard

Hello all, I'm new in the forums, a friend recommended this site and I'm really impressed by the amount of resources this site has in regards to information about all types of phones ^_^

I would like to ask if there is any keitai (whether available or TBA) that will come out with a QWERTY sliding keyboard and Android OS? High specifications would be a plus. Kind of like the Japanese variant of a Samsung Captivate Glide. Thanks in advance ^_^

I just know the 005SH, but I think there may be more. However that phone comes locked and you need an hypersim, or contact kokos (an user of this forum), so you can send it to him so he can software unlock it. It's not cheap but that isn't the biggest problem: you gotta send it ro Russia.

I bought a keitai because I love the flip phones (and android) so I got the 007SH. But if I prefered qwerty sliders, I'd just go with the captivate glide and avoid all that trouble :P. There is just ONE little negative point on the samsung captivate glide: they didn't put gorila glass on it. I don't know why :/

I see. I'll check it out.

According to GSMArena Samsung Captivate Glide has corning gorilla glass though. It's hard to imagine the newer phones being manufactured without it.

I made a post about it, look: http://www.howardforums.com/showthre...-gorilla-glass

corning answered my question and they said that they couldn't confirm that the captivate glide has gorila glass

If you don't like samsung's bland designs and doesn't mind a 2nd gen snapdragon single core, i recommend xperia pro w/ decent specs. Very sexy and classy. Also gonna get ics this month or next month

So basicly his options are: samsung captivate glide, xperia pro, Droid 3, and Droid 4. Droid 4 is the most high-end qwerty device but doesn't work with standard SIM cards, and I'm not 100% sure if by being an LTE phone it also has GSM or not (which is a HUGE deal)

If a Motorola Milestone 4 would be released, then what I have been hoping for a long time has finally arrived ^_^
It would be nice if a QWERTY variant would come with as much customizeable options as a Keitai though.
