Atrix 2 for $250 or something better?

About to buy the Atrix 2 for $250

I really wanted the Atrix 4G but couldn't find a good deal in my area

    The Atrix 2 is used
like new", in box with original packaging and accessories still wrapped.

with the dual core processor +1GB ram it seems like the best phone I can get at this price - I originally wanted a sliding keyboard

Any suggestions before I cough up the DOUGH?

    Thanks!

I'd cough up 50 bucks more an get a used galaxy s2, its a much better phone, with a far better processor and screen. You may even be able to find it cheaper with the announce of the galaxy s3 the price will drop a lot.

I'm happy with my GX2. If the tmo sim works for you it could be an option
They have a bunch on CL and Cowboom for around your price point. Make sure you get a later model with Gingerbread factory installed, as the earlier copies had some issues. Only has 512 ram, but works great for the way I use it (not too many apps and moderate multitasking). Also had naked Android 2.3 , which seems to speed things up relative to the overlay motor uses. The cool thing with BYOD is that you can always swap out phones whenever you want. I'm already thinking Galaxy Nexus in the near future.

Hope the serial number isn't scratched off

Atrix isn't a great phone but for the price a decent proposition. I would have said Galaxy S2 especially as prices will start dropping on them like crazy now with S3 announcement...

I really enjoy the atrix 2 alot better then the original atrix. Everything just seems to work smoother. No random freezes or reboots like i experienced from the first one and the larger qhd screen is nicer

I seriously hope that phone isn't stolen. I got my Atrix 4g off CL for $125 used for only about 2 months at most. It had all the cables, booklets, etc. just no box. She didn't even take the back sticker off the cover.

I didn't even look at the serial. Does it matter? It's just a sim phone! LOL

I'm happy with the Atrix 4G it had the best specs for the best price and I really didn't want to spend more than $150 on a phone (But i wanted a $300 phone, LOL)

Yeah, I know the Atrix 2 has the same performance specs but a way nicer screen, etc.

I just couldn't find a good deal, I found a 2 month old Atrix 2 with 10 months left on the manufacture warranty, the box, and all accessories still in the packaging for $250 including tax and shipping on amazon but someone bought it a split second before me

I think it's a good thing cuz i really didn't have $250 (credit card, LOL)

No i sorta knew the guy, it was used - worth the $100 it wasnt a fishy deal or anything. JUST the phone

not that it would really matter if it was stolen since it just uses a sim for service

Do you think yours is stolen? LOL
