I do agree with your statement about them making profit...but that doesn't change the rules that dealers / sales people must follow. Also, don't forget...your retention plan was offered to retain you (part of the cost of doing business). Small Business plans however are designed to attract NEW business customers (which tend to be lower risk than regular consumers) who wish to load MULTIPLE lines (read: volume discount) onto the network. This is why Bell has a 2 line minimum for these plans.
I'm not attacking so contact a moderator if you'd like. I do appreciate the help that you've provided on both here and RFD.
