Does anyone know if it's possible take advantage of Wind's unlocking policy after three months by being prepaid customer? I want to buy Nokia 500 to try out Wind coverage/service for some time and if doesn't work out I won't be left with locked phone.

For the unlocking of the Nokia 500, sure prepaid customers can get the unlock code from Wind after 3 months but it's going to cost you $10.
My opinion on this "sale" is that is a non-sale. The Alcatel device is just old stock that they are trying to get rid of, the Samsung C414 is overpriced, leaving the Nokia 500 at $99 as the only thing really even worth mentioning in that flyer. Even then, the $100 price mark for the Nokia 500 has become the price at which customers now expect to pay for that phone because of previous sales by Wind and Mobilicity. Honestly, I believe that the Samsung C414 and Alcatel 908s are just in the advertisement just because it would look silly to have a sale with only one discounted phone choice. But OP, thanks for the info.
Oh no! This MUST be the FIRST time a company has had a sale to get rid of old stock! That has NEVER happened before, with ANY company whatsoever!
The majority of time that companies (not just telecom companies) have a sale it is because they want to get rid of old stock. No need to bash Wind because they're having a sale.
I guess it's a Mother's Day sale 'cause those are the phones only a mother could love! Clearing out old stock is one thing, and you can't knock them for it, but c'mon Wind, get serious with the prices! The Alcatel and the Samsung should be priced at no more than $29, especially if they require activation.
