Straight Talk Switch to T-Mobile

I bought the micro sim card compatible with at&t (chosen for my area) and the unlimited $45 plan. Now I want to try the T-Mobile $30 prepaid plan, but my question is will this micro sim card be compatible if I switch to T-Mobile?

How would that even work???? the straight talk sim only works with straight talk. Only T-Mobile sim works with tmobile, so you would have to buy a T-Mobile sim from T-Mobile. Straight talk sells T-Mobile Sim, but only can be used with straight talk Boyd program.
