Hello all, I have a Nokia 6790 Straight Talk phone that is inactive and I want to factory reset it for resale.
ST said the lock code is 12345.
When I go to Phone settings, General, Factory Reset and enter the lock code, the phone restarts but nothing is reset.

Help?
