    Home Fusion Eligibility

Does anyone know exactly how eROES determines whether a customer can be signed up for Home Fusion? And if it identifies someone as being out of the coverage area who can receive a clean 4G signal, how do you go about changing the eligibility to permit a sign-up?

I was told on a call that there are specific requirements and just being in 4G doesn't mean they qualify. It has to be a strong signal and the areas that do or did show up as extended wouldn't qualify. Pretty sure that doesn't mean those in the regular area will automatically qualify either. I'm sure there is some type of internal lookup up signal based on proximity to a tower or something.
