Looking for a smartphone for my mom. Nothing too fancy. Around $150 used or new on eBay or craigslist. I've had bad experiences trying to unlock phones so no phones from other carriers. Unlocked international ones would also work, but they always seem to be much more expensive. Am looking for 3.7-4", something with smaller dimensions but not with a super small 3.2" screen.

So far I'm looking at the LG MyTouch, HTC MyTouch 4G, and the Samsung Exhibit II. The LG MyTouch has an AMOLED display, but that's the only thing really going for it. The phone is bigger than it should be for a 3.8 screen and the camera pictures don't look good. The HTC MyTouch 4G is an older phone, but has a nice LCD screen, pretty unique look and metal abck, physical buttons on the bottom which might make it the best candidate, and a good camera. Since it's older, I am having trouble finding a good used one, and the new ones are over $200. The Samsung Exhibit has the smallest profile with a 3.7" screen and is shorter and less wide than the other two. The LCD looks pretty weak though, poor brightness and viewing angles. Pictures are decent.

Which one do you think I should get? Any others I should be looking into? Thanks in advance.
