I need to leave for Belgium this Friday and just wanted to know what options there for cell phone usage. I only need phone service and texting. Data is not required.

I have a company blackberry, and I know the roaming plan will be expensive from my Canadian cellphone service supplier.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated
