I read someplace else that when you're porting from AT&T go phone that you need an account number and a pin that is not the phone number and password that you use to log into the go phone website. Any truth to that?

I'm willing to bet there is no exit survey or retentions department so I don't doubt that it won't be hard to get the info from them. Just two more weeks and I'm out.
Yes, this is one of the few companies I deal with that really shows a completely lack of interest in keeping me as customer. My insurance company, my cable company, my bank, my credit card provider and my cheap VoIP provider go to great lengths to retain me even when I just hint that I may leave. at&t just says: "Don't let the door hit you on your way out"
