$45 plan on sale for $37.50

Pardon me if this has been posted, I could not find it. I think this is one of the best deals mobi has offered. It's better than my $35 is some ways. I go to the USA several times a year so the roaming is awesome for $2 more.

    $35 becomes $30
    $45 becomes $37.50
    $55 becomes $45.

$2.50 more. Does our PAC $2 discount still apply if we switch to these new plans?

A nice change from the multi-named $40 Unlimited Everything plan.

Noticed the other plans are promo priced also. OP, you should add this to your thread.

    $35 becomes $30
    $45 becomes $37.50
    $55 becomes $45.

    Thanks ICE. I added it.

To be honest tho. I would not recommend the $35 or $55. The lack of data on the $35 plans is poor value and the $55 plan is really up sale on insurance "phone protection plan"

MM only works on regular priced plans, not promotional plans like these.

MM still gives you the same old total discount. Or, if you prefer, MM takes a lesser percentage off the new price plans.

"only applicable to new activations and only while on preauthorized credit payment"

Disappointing that Mobilicity has resorted to limiting plans to new customers which is a direct contrast to when Dave was around and all plans regardless of promo/plan were available for current customers to switch too.

    +10000000000

Hate it when they limit it only for new activations...kind of a slap to the face to existing customers. They still don't have a whole lot of incentive for people who have been with them for awhile.

I guess it's only a matter of time before Mobi becomes like Wind and nickels and dimes for stuff that used to be free.

In the end it's a business right? They want/need to make money

I won't make a universal claim, but businesses that irritate the regular customers won't go very far. Not only should current/existing customers get rewarded for sticking it out with their cellular companies-the reason we have retention departments for the BIG three-but we should have the luxury of switching plans . Fine, Mobilicity isn't as huge as the big three and we understand this but please don't annoy us, the current customers, by not even entitling us to plan changes. The BIG 3 allow plan changes all the time.

I'm not upset with Mobilicity but what the hell is their game plan? What is their angle? Wasn't there a survey done here a while ago showing that a fair chunk of current members have or are planning on switching out?

    On their website, it says

    All Mobilicity plans include:
    - Local Talk
    - Caller ID
    - Call Waiting
    - Call Forwarding
    - Province Wide Long Distance
    - North American Text
    - North American Picture Messaging
    - 3-way calling

    http://mobilicity.ca/plans/

However, I don't believe this is the case with the $25 BTS plans. Can someone confirm?

    i wont' be changing plans. I have $35 FnF - $2.

If I didn't have that i would want to change. I would be pissed that this was not offered to us.
