add less than $10 to prepaid

hi guys,

im just wondering how i can add only like 4 or 6 dollars to my prepaid account? maybe through an automated system with a credit card.

Hello hshaikh,

Our prepaid service will allow you to refill only the amount that are available as vouchers in store. You can refill the following amounts:

• $10 (valid for 30 days)
• $20 (valid for 30 days)
• $30 (valid for 30 days)
• $50 (valid for 60 days)
• $100 (valid for 365 days)

Otherwise, if you are subscribed to a by-the-month plan, you can opt for the AutoRefill service, which will refill the amount of your plan directly on your credit card.

It is not possible to refill any other amount.

when you do the automated phone system i remember it used to ask how much you want to refill and then you can type whatever you want right?

use online banking, you can refill as little as $0.5. at least works on Rogers paygo

dumb question how do you setup the payee in online banking.
I don't have to do one but I want to expand my knowledge.
like what is the account number on paygo.

Hi Gaunt911,

It is not possible to make a refill via online banking. You may, however, use Interac Online via your My Account page (only certain banks support this feature). If you refill through Interac Online, you will be asked to select one of our normal amounts offered ($10, $20, $30, $50 or $100).

I know Rogers pay-go is an indivisual payee besides Rogers(post paid/cable/or others). but I don't know how fido is, though.
so for Rogers prepaid, you can basically pay any amount from0.5., and if it was less than $10, your expire day extended half a month.
but Fido only have one payee, seems. So I don't know if you can filled up prepay by that though.

I'm not quite sure about Rogers as they have different policies, however I can confirm that it is not possible to refill a prepaid account via online banking with Fido. You can refill either by credit card, Interac Online or with a voucher.
