My Verizon for Indirect Dealers and Ringback Tone Help

So here is my issue guys...

My name is Jeff and I work for a Wireless Zone. A while back I was able to use the VZ Tones app that is loaded in my Stratosphere. Well long story short my ringback tones have now expired and my customer service is telling me that there is no way that I can use the ringback tones because I do not have access to my verizon (which I knew). In order to make any changed to my account I have to go through our corporate rep but even he is telling me that I am SOL pretty much. Has anyone encountered the same problem? I think its BS that I cant access My Verizon to make changes to my account. I just want my ringback tones back so I can get rid of this stupid classical music.

You should be able to access my verizon. There are juat certain parts that it wont let you change due to the fact that it is a concessions line.

I have always been able to access My Verizon until recently. Gives me an error everytime now when I try to login.

Same here. Started a few months ago. I pretty much get nothing now after entering my username and password. Sucks honestly. I liked to see my bill and pay them and be able to see when an ESN change I've submitted has gone through.

I can access my verizon but all I really can do is view my useage. What really pisses me off is that I have to call into the IVR to pay my bill. But to answer your question, try reaching out to your account manager. I know they were offering the $12.99 smartphone app pack for $7.50 and that included the ringback tones and a bunch of other things.
