It's time for T-mobile executives to own the problems that they have created and get things turned around.
You are right, T-Mobile doesn't take phone calls, no executive relations team available, nobody cares about resolving a problem or issue, and any complaints MUST be in writing... let's see the post office is about gone, no email address for you to write a complaint, and frankly, they flat out don't care. I tried to get info as a new customer, and the first option is to input my t-mobile phone number... uh guys, think about it-prospective customer means no t-mobile number, I can only imagine how they treat customers.

Just guessing but T-Mobile USA accounts for about 25% of DTs total earnings. Maybe that's why?

Well I just got Verizon, they haven't been much Better. Fought for days when they messed my plan up and put surprise charges. Spent 45 mins on phone with manager...grass is not greener on the other side
