I've got more phones than fingers
selling a white iPhone 3GS 16GB that is factory unlocked (doesn't require hacks or additional SIM trays to make it work, just works as it should) and untethered jailbroken on iOS 5.1.

Condition 8/10: one noticeable scratch near home button that looks like a silver sharpie mark and doesn't effect functionality, light scratches throughout, and you must push home button harder sometimes to recognize (but I installed Zephyr also, which gives you a slide up, alternative on screen gesture for home button functionality... I don't even use the home button on my current iPhone)
