    Virgin Mobile DOWN May 8, 9, 10.... 2012

not sure why they have shut down for so long... when you call they pretend like there is no service problems in both of our areas (NYC and LA)

not sure what they're up to - and why such a lengthy outage - and the denial to top it off.

I have been getting terrible signals at my home in ne Ohio for last two days. Can't even make a phone call. I emailed sprint last night if there were any outages in my area and they replied back that they were working on one tower in my area and it should be fixed by today. It was still the same around 8pm. Let's see if it gets any better by tomorrow. I use a lot of minutes so hopefully they fix it soon.

Here in MA there's been no problems. Data was a little slower than normal tonight, but that's about it.

Ditto here in Willoughby. Near the lake is OK but dowtown there's no signal. Must be that tower they told you was down. Was still out this morning.

Can't be the same tower. I am in the Youngstown/Warren region so its quite some distance between you and me. But I emailed them back again today to ask what the status is and they replied back in a few hours that there is a known problem in the area i asked about and there is no resolution date. I just paid my monthly bill a week ago, so I am locked in for another few weeks. If the situation doesn't improve by then, I'll have to switch to t-mobile or something. i dont care about data here at home, I got wifi for that, but if i cant make calls it definitely defeats the purpose of paying 55 bucks for unlimited minutes..
the best part is i just bought a boost mobile phone too a few days ago and the signals at my home started going haywire the same day. fun fun...
