...but only under specific conditions. All of a sudden, when I am using the number pad to enter responses to instructions by automated call systems, the system called does not seem to receive the keyed response even though the numbers show at the top of the pad display as being sent.

For instance, when I use my LG Optimus V to call an automated pbx, and the pbx gives me options to dial a specific extension or to press "0" for an operator, inputting the extension number does not register, the "o" does not cause the pbx to respond, and in fact, pressing any number has no effect. The pbx simply acts as if there were no response.

Odd, the same number pad always works perfectly when initiating a call.

Anybody else experience this problem? Help, please?
