The 1st time I get a plan from Virgin mobile they asked me to pay $200.00 in advance charged to my credit card, 2 months later I switched to another carrier without any problem. Paid Virgin mobile all my outstanding bills. A month later I called them to refund me back the deposit, after their calculation they informed me that they owe me only $78.00 bcse my phone was on tab. And the informed me that they will refund me after 90 days from the day I switched to the other carrier. After the 90 days passed called Virgin mobile again and they promised me on Dec 08-2012 the will mail me the cheque Of $78.00. Called them back on Jan 10-2012 informing them that I did not get any letter from them, they promised with few days I should receive the cheque.
Again called them on April the 3rd informing them that still I did not receive the refund. Now they informed they mailed the cheque on March the 20th but they will issue another cheque.
Again called them on April 11 and their answer this time: the billing department will call me in few days to confirm my address. True within 2 days they called and confirmed the address and confirmed that my money will be mailed in few days.
with frustration I made my another call last week and talked to the billing department and they promised to call me back with the updates. so far 5 days passed and no one called.
So far 6 monthes passed and no results except promisses.
I would like to mention here that every time I call I have to stay online waiting for at least 15 minutes till I get an answer concern my problem.
Not sure what kind of service they provide, and what I should do? I am thinking just to forget about the $78.00 bcse It will keep going on.
any thoughts will be appriciated.

Virgin mobile emailed me on May 17-2012 confirming the deposit of the the refund to my credit card account, today is june the 3rd, I checked my account and nothing deposited . Just a lie.
what a shame Virgin mobile, 6 months waiting for my refund.

File a complaint with CCTS, they will deal with Virgin on your behalf. It's all done online, just fill out the forms.

My wife had problems with Rogers and they handled everything.
Wow, I have been considering switching to virgin, but when I read something like this I may reconsider.
To "virgin mobile", please post here when this problem has been fixed and I will switch to Virgin
