    So i got the second interview scheduled for thursday. Can you give me a heads up of what thats going to entail?

    A lot of my Interview was directly related the personality test. Would you rather have financial security or be liked by your coworkers, Biggest achievement at current job etc. check out the cellular sales blog and see what current employees are saying, it's pretty interesting. All my friends that work for CS make stupid money. Good luck

    Congratulations. Now just remember a few rules:

    1. Most 90-year-old grandmas do not need a Droid RAZR, regardless of what your bosses tell you.

    2. A MiFi device is not a viable replacement for home internet, regardless of what your bosses tell you.

    3. When you are sent to your local fair, carnival, RV expo, etc, to unload CSOKI's back stock of 2 year old refurbished phones, please be sure to inform them what store they need to go to if they need after-sale assistance. And also inform them the phone they are getting is 2 years old.

    4. Resist the urge to tell your customers that they must upgrade their phone in order to change their rate plan, regardless of what your bosses tell you.

    I'll think of more, these are just a few of the glorious customer situations I've seen since this wonderful company came to my town.
    Low price, Excellent Service, High Quality. Pick any two, but you never get all three.

    Above all, make sure you sell with integrity and make a conscious effort to inform the customer of exactly what they're buying. Leave them your business card and humbly inform them that they will likely never be able to find you again because CSOKI does "store rotations" to better the relationship between you and your clients.

    Also, It's completely normal to sell the Intensity as a new phone when the Intensity 3 in available.

    OK, we need to stop now, we're going to make him think he joined a less than honest company.

    Best company you can work for, not in only in the wireless industry but on earth itself. Your biggest obstacle is determining what to do with all of the money you make. Your biggest complaint will be that you do not have enough time off to spend all of the money you are making.

    Remember it is a company of winners and they do not just hire anyone, although everyone I know who has gone in for an interview has got the job, regardless of that though it is nothing short of a miracle that Verizon has not bought out these group of gifted people and replaced the Verizon executive team with these winners.
