Best phones with $50 AT&T Unlimited Plan (with Full HSDPA or HSDPA+ speed data)

OK, I tested many devices so far, I pick some Best phones with $50 AT&T Unlimited Plan (with Full HSDPA or HSDPA+ speed data)
These phone is NO NEED TO BUY Data Packages.

    Under $250
    1. Samsung Exhibit II 4G (T-Mobile phone) - buy Amazon or Walmart and you need to unlock. Fast processor (1000 MHz). Best price-wise phone.
    2. Samsung Galaxy Ace - mini Galaxy S2

    Under $300
    1. BLU STUDIO 5.3 - really Big Screen, but cpu speed slow... (Automatic APN setting)
    2. Dell Venue - High-resolution camera (8 megapixels), buy AT&T version, not T-mobile version. (Automatic APN setting)

    Under $350
1.T-Mobile LG myTouch(T-Mobile phone) - need to unlock

    Under $400
    1. Samsung Galaxy S Blaze(T-Mobile phone) - need to unlock
    2. HTC Amaze 4G(T-Mobile phone) - need to unlock

    Under $450
    1. Samsung Galaxy Nexus GT-I9250 - Best phone so far...(Automatic APN setting)

    Under $500
    1. Samsung Galaxy S II GT-I9100 - Nice Phone, but I prefer Galaxy Nexus..(Automatic APN setting)

All Phones above, you do not need to buy Data Packages.
    and also,
All Phones above give you Full HSDPA or HSDPA+ speed data, but I dont see much different data speed between HSDPA and HSDPA+ (I say, HSDPA+ phone is two time faster than HSDPA phone)....
    in my area, I usually get HSDPA+ phone is 1.5Mbps - 3Mbps, HSDPA phone is 0.7Mbps - 2Mbps, and I use average 5GB - 6GB every month since January 2012....

Best pick of mine is Samsung Galaxy Nexus GT-I9250 (I bought it from Google $399 plus shipping and tax, so total $432.18)

I hope this will be help to choose the phone...

Don't buy used non AT&T brand smart phone

But I have one funny thing I did not report above.
That is about USED non AT&T brand smart phone.
The USED means the phones used with T-mobile service, Simple mobile service or H2O service.
Even those used phones are unlocked, my data service is blocked and I need to purchase and add Data Packages.
so, I guess AT&T recognize those used phones as smart phone.
I tested used Samsung Exhibit II 4G(with T-Mobile service), used Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant(with Simple mobile service), and used Samsung Galaxy S i9000(with H2O service).
I put my AT&T $50 unlimited sim card, my data service is blocked and I need to purchase and add Data Packages.

BUT, I tested all Brand New Unlocked phones no problem.....

and also, when you activate new line, Do not use smart phone IMEI, use any AT&T feature phone IMEI just in case....

Just FYI, the Samsung Exhibit II 4G is currently $189.96 at amazon, and the purchase qualifies you for $15 of Amazon MP3 credit. Pretty good deal.

Why are you guys wasting all this time on this. Lets do the pros and cons.

    AT&T $50 Plan.
    -Smaller non roaming prepaid coverage
-seperate data package for smart phones
-if you get data included to work with a smartphone, it will probably get turned off sooner or later.

Its is a waste of time and money playing in limbo with this plan and smartphones.

Now straight talks BYOD $45 plan

-Bring any AT&T phone, smartphone, including iPhone.
-full postpaid coverage network including roaming
-data included with the talk and text
-no guessing and money wasting testing seeing what phones work and don't.
    -cheaper than AT&TS offerings

I don't see why people waste their time with this game. Logically it makes no sense and your more and likely, after data packages, are going to come out spending more than A postpaid account when you think your saving money.

I wonder how at&t can tell if a t-mobile unlocked phone is used or not, and what exactly makes them become "used" to at&t.

Probably a simple IMEI match if the handset/device has EVER been on AT&T network. Just a guess.

But then just switching SIMs to use it w/another GoPhone account that you have (even temporarily) would set the "used" flag and block it. So no way to pass it to your wife or kid and keep using data. I hope that's not the case. I think teyong meant "not used in another network".
