Ok I just wanted to ask if anyone else has been experiencing the same issue lately or if its only my area
Ive had mobi for over 8 months now and until recently is has been rather good. I am in the Etobicoke / mimico area and for most of the time I got pretty good reception 1-3 bars in my basement even. Sure i would get a random disconnect here and there but thats fine. Now it seems that I can hear the other person perfectly fine but my voice gets cut out and the other person may not hear a few words even though I hear them perfectly fine. I still get the same bars sometimes even 3 bars but yet I still get the cutting in and out issue. Its very frustrating as I have been noticing it is also happening more frequently on the main floor where reception was never an issue.
Its not only my phone as my friend has a blackberry and has the same issue on the first floor of their house, they live in my area though. SO my question is this happening to other people now also ? or is it my area and why has the reception degraded.

to come to think of it, this has happened to me once or twice before, and i dont' even call that much! so I don't doubt for a second that there is something here that mobilicity needs to fix!
so to get a better idea, does the 1-way sound start occurring during a call? or right off the bat when you make/answer a call?
Managed to get Mobilicity to act and improve on 4 items.
It has happened to me before but I'm in the Richmond Hill area, voice use to be perfectly fine but not I get a lot of dropped calls. Don't expect coverage@mobilicity to do anything

Dre145, if you get the chance, I would also try going west of Islington along Lake Shore so that you can connect to tower 182 on 12th Street and see if you can reproduce the issue there as well. This will help determne if the issue that you are having is isolated to only tower#52 or not.
I also experienced weakening signals lately in SE Calgary, compared to before.
We have fixed this issue. We had a bad trunk from our Telco provider. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
