If this hypothetical device has NFC and HD Voice like the Evo LTE I'd be interested.

Thrill me...
I like what I see so far. LG never usually comes out with anything that wows me, but if they do this right and that 13mp cam is good quality (not just a bump in mp and not the sensor).
I will add it to my list of my next phone. Battery life and the skin they have over ICS will be the biggest factors for me.

Yeah I see where it will have NFC, but is there any word about the HD Voice? For that matter, has it been confirmed that the Galaxy S III will have HD Voice?

The "Eclipse" version is headed to AT&T, the "Optimus G" looks like Sprint and Verizon. http://www.bgr.com/2012/08/21/lg-opt...-sprint-rumor/
If CDMA versions have integrated LTE on a quad-core Krait with the Adreno 320 GPU, that is def better than SGSIII. And the 768p IPS display beats any OLED design, IMO.
But 4.7" with virtual nav buttons hogging up space isn't much bigger than my DX for web browsing. Should have JB not ICS. SD is great, but 64gigs would be even better.
For me, LG has always had better build 'feel' than Samsung.
What about the bootloader?
My favorite phone, still, was my vzw flagship "V" LG vx9800. The fact that my wife still uses her 8300 says a lot about LG build quality.

1.7MHz! Adreno 320 GPU. But quad-core not confirmed.
