When you guys change your ESN, do you know if that is lost to PagePlus? I recently bought a 4s but I'll be moving to another country soon, and know that Verizon's CDMA unlock iphone is useless so I want the ability to sell the phone later. I heard from some people that when they had their iPhone on PagePlus, Verizon couldn't unlock their phone because they can't even find their ESN on their system. If I do an ESN change on the 4s to PagePlus, does that mean other people can't activate it in Verizon anymore when I am finished with it?

Used the online chat on PP website, took about 5 minutes tops. Lost my Wimo phone and changed esn to Android phone. Only thing is the tech wasn't able to help with reporting the old ESN as lost.

As far as I have heard of only Verizon has the ability to add or remove handsets from the ESN blacklist
