My favourite is Thumb Keyboard.

Swiftkey Tablet X isn't too shabby either.

My choice is Swype

Thumb keyboard, it has differnet layouts and sizes and a lot of options, including skins.

I agree on both of these choices. Swiftkey is pretty good but Thumb is great especially on android phones.
