blackberry bold 9790 3 year agreement with the $10 data add on

is it possible to get the new blackberry bold 9790 with the minimum $25 monthly plan, and the $10 100mb unlimited BBM and email plan? when i add it to my cart on the website it shows that its allowed, but somehere on the fido site it says that the $10 data is not allowed on 3 year terms. any info would be appreaciated.

$25 voice plan is fine, but you need a BB data plan available with a 3 yrs term. I believe the options are:
$10 for Social Network and Instant Msging
$10 for Emails and Instant Msging
$25 500 mb BB data

The $15 100mb BB data option is NOT available on a 3 yr term.

thanks for everyones input. i went to fido and got the BB 9790 on a 3 year term with the $25 voice plan, and the $10 bb data plan. so it is possible to get the handset subsidy on the $10 data option, you don't need a $25 data plan like with other premium smart phones (nexus, iphone, etc). pretty awesome deal if you ask me. great phone.
