I have been checking compass for almost a week straight to find that it is currently unavailable, does any one know if they are trying to update it? Cause they also updated the my account page under home.web2go.
Wow that update to my account on the website looks much better now. Even though I use the app.
I've also noticed the compass Site down for a while. Would be nice if they are also updating that but I have no clue. Hope it comes back that's the only way you can see zoomed out 4G coverage.

Yeah I was really surprised when I was checking my data usage last night.
nothing seems to be updated, but at least its working again.
Yeah I was just on it before I got on HOFO. I'm curious to see why they had it not working for a week and ten not update things like adding HSPA+ coverage in several places.
Ah bummer, was working just fine all day yesterday.. now wont even load the error it used to.
Yeah I was seeing if they updated the coverage yesterday and I got errors on the cellular network and wifi. When I first checked I was at the mall and I thought it didn't load because of the network being busy especially on Edge since it don't have as much capacity as HSPA+ ten I got home and it have a message about lost connection.
It was working for two days and then it went down again. I called into CS about 1900 HSPA and they said there internal stuff didn't say much but to expect it in the next year. And then I started asking about the compass map viewer and she had no idea what it was, so I explained it a little more then gave her the address and she concluded it was down, and I think she said that she would put in a service ticket to the people that deal with it to get it sorted.
Lol they linked to the topic I did on the official T-Mobile forums asking them about this
Also shows how it was "assumed" answered.. when it is most certainly not.
Yeah. They seem to be "assumed"-ly answering a lot of those forum questions these days. It also seems impossible to get a coverage request reviewed by a real human...
