i have sharp SH80F from japan i can't use it here i need the unlock code. pls help

If you bought the phone in Japan, than it will be most certainly locked to a certain network-provider (guess it starts with a big "d").

Mainly there are two reasons, for your phone not working anymore:

1. you have a plan and it does not include oversea-use
2. it is simply locked for the use in other networks resp. other sims
