Since you say you're just waiting out for the S3, get something like a used Gio or Wildfire off the marketplace here, Kijiji or Craigslist. Should cost you just under a 100$.
I've got more phones than fingers
Brand new LG Chic can routinely be had for under $100 from FS and BB. London Drugs seems to be forever trying to clear out the LG Shine Plus for $80 (although that would require unlocking). London Drugs is also offering the Virgin Samsung Ace with a $25 gift card.
