Need to get pics off of Moto W755 phone. Wife been using this old phone as camera and one day she was taking pictures and pushing too many buttons and the phone went into bootloader mode and would not shut off without removing battery. The battery was fully charged at the time. I have rsd lite and want to try updating the firmware. However, the phone is not recognized when connected with usb data cable and will not turn on when pressing buttons.
