While I was getting service for my iPhone at the Genius Bar today, the CS rep did something to get a whole debug log off my iPhone, listing all sorts of events like Hard Resets and what not. Is there a tool to view this information ourselves? It was very interesting.
The specific tool they use is an internal piece of software that only Apple employees have access to. However, you can still see part of the logs using the iPhone configuration tool:
