I might be able to get a good price for printing the actual T-shirts. I think I can get them printed for about $12-$15 USD, including the actual T-shirt, for 50 T-shirts, highest quality prints, washable. I will try to get some price quotes next week and post again.

For printing purposes, it is always advisable to ahve hi-res images. Years ago, when I was the layout and pre-print of a newspaper, I was told by the printer not to use images of less than 300 dpi. We also printed some T-shirts back then and again we used 300 dpi images. Since 're not re-using images, hi-res shouldn't be a problem, right? I think whatever designs you make should be 300 dpi at a minimum.

OK, here's my little design. It is kind of simple, just drew the butler from scratch and added the usual speech bubble on top. You can have any message printed there. The text I currently included is 何かご用ですか? (nani ka goyou desu ka?) which I think means: "what is your need?" or "What do you need?"

@SuperSZ, Oh, I forgot to mention that xD Ok, 何かご用ですか? - nani ka goyou desu ka? which I think (not sure) means: "what is your need?" or "What do you need?" That's what I see when the language on the phone is set to Japanese. In English it is just "May I help you?".

I love this idea and the placement on the shirt. Maybe have "HOFO" in bold black on the top front or back, with HO on top of FO possibly. It would look even cooler as a v-neck. But that's just me.. I would totally make a design as well but these are already very neat and I wouldn't mind sporting them haha.

If any other design gets chosen maybe "Howardforums Japanese phones" can be shortened up to "HoFo J-phone"..? In case of spacing issues.

BTW I can get the Tshirts taken care on in China which is cheaper and I can inspect the quality of the products personally
