My daughter has been hounding me for an iphone. I'm caving and will probably get her one. Would like it to be a verizon phone since that seems to be the best carrier (reception wise) in my area. Any tips on who has the best everyday deal? Doesn't have to be the latest version of the iphone and it doesn't have to be new. Just as long as it works on Pplus. Thanks in advance.

There is an $80 deal. You can get an $80 denomination PIN for the Standard pay-as-you-go voice plan that provides 2,000 minutes @ $.04/min and lasts for a full year. The $80 PIN is only available from Page Plus authorized dealers.

First, be aware that an iPhone is not officially sanctioned or supported on Page Plus. If you call up and attempt to activate one, you will likely be turned down a few times before reaching a rep who will activate it. You are better to do it via a dealer online if possible. Second, your service could be terminated at any time. Any problems you have will not be supported by Page, such as issues with MMS or data, etc.
You can purchase a clean ESN Verizon iPhone from a myriad of sources. Just be aware you are taking a gamble, and you may lose.
