- I purchased an HTC One X directly from rogers.
- I have an LTE Micro Sim.
- I have an LTE data plan.
- I have an LTE APN on my phone.
- I am in an LTE Area
- I have tested LTE with an HTC Raider and my account and it works FINE!
I DO NOT HAVE LTE SPEEDS ON MY HTC ONE X!
Does anyone have any suggestions?

great suggestion. going LTE only I get no signal.
When I scan for an available network and click Rogers, I get this error:
"your sim card does not support a connection with this carrier"
Perhaps your LTE Micro SIM is defective. Had a customer on Bell with a similar issue. Get the SIM exchanged.
I had to pay $11 to swap SIM cards and I still do not have LTE access.
I tested the Rogers Reps SIM card in my phone and I was able to access LTE just fine with his SIM.
I called rogers, they confirmed I have an LTE account, LTE Sim, etc. They reset the NEtwork Profile and i Still do not have LTE.
They are opening up a ticket with there Network Ops Team to investigate the issue. Any other suggestions ?
Nope, you just have to wait...make sure they refund your $11 while they're at it.
Steve Punter may have some insight.
Could just be a defective unit. Try exchanging it.

^He just verified another SIM from another account worked fine...therefore it is account level provisioning.
I also have this issue; swapped to the One X today from the Note (LTE) and though I had LTE working on my previous phone/SIM card, it's not working on the One X. Tried another account's LTE MicroSIM and it worked fine in the One X, so definitely not the phone. Going to try another SIM swap to see if it resolves it, but this is definitely annoying since it was working just fine right before the microSIM swap.
i have indeed tested my SIM in another phone and it was not able to get LTE.
I did test another persons SIM in my phone and LTE worked fine, so its definitely something weird with my account.
Rogers has confirmed I am on an LTE plan.
i tried a SIM swap and that did not work for me. let me know how it goes though.
^You being on an LTE plan is not the only criteria, unfortunately.
There are a lot of man-made obstacles in the back end that could be prohibiting proper provisioning on the LTE system.
World, the odd thing is mine was working on a regular sized LTE SIM. It was after the SIM swap to the MSIM that it stopped working. So I either have a bad SIM, or something went awfully wrong during the SIM swap.
