The network operations team contacted me today.
They had me power off my phone and they reset all of the network settings and then I powered back on my phone.
The person i spoke with said on there end after doing this they received an error under my account that said "lte identity mis match". The person I spoke with was not sure what this meant but is forwarding it to some other department.

Oddly enough I now have LTE service on my One X.. :screwy:
Don't be, I think my phone is pooched.
It doesn't want to recognize any SIM card now.
Popped in the same SIM in my Note and it's working fine.
Guess I have to send this thing off for repair. I've always said HTC has nice designs, nice quality material, but their phones are built like turds. I always have one issue or another with HTC phones.![]()
Not my experience, my first HTC phone was the Nexus One, great device, but I had a really bad customer service issue with them when I had to send it in for repair. The Raider I had randomly rebooted, and now this thing has been acting wonky the whole time.
Strange, if I factory erase the phone, it gets a signal again. Seems like a software issue more than hardware, but I could be wrong.

I have had an ongoing case for 2 months now with Rogers regarding the fact that I still do not have LTE on my phone.
Every time I call for an update, they always say its being looked into, and that there is nothing more they can do.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get this problem resolved? Is there a more specific department or number to call?
On nov 6th, 2011 I called in to switch my 6gb Non-LTE data plan to a 6gb LTE data plan. They forced me at that time to renew my data contract for another 3 years. (I had 2 years remaining, they extended it to 3 years remaining). Now I can not even benefit from the LTE service because of this issue.
I was told by one rep the issue is my account needs to be re-provisioned, but they were not able to do that.
Do you have Rogers One Number?
Removing it is what resolved my issue.
Call customer care and ask them to do that.
They were the ones that suggested I remove it, and voila, it worked.
Try a factory erase of the phone and see if it helps.
I know I did that and since then it's worked fine (been over a month w/o an issue).
tried the factory refresh. still no luck .
i think i am stuck with no LTE . pretty unfair. i have called rogers countless times and i am getting no where.
So ask for a monthly credit until they resolve the problem.
