if i buy a used connect or esteem without the sim card, can i buy the sim at the metro store?

the esteem's uicc card not sim card is not replaceable i was told the connect and the attain's cat 3 uicc is replacable and u would have to do get it from a corporate store. now if ur thinking of buying a phone off teh streets dont do it, its not worth it once a phone is stolen and reported stolen its esn number is black listed and theres no way to get it activated. your best bet is either amazon or wirefly.com
