    HTC One S for $569.99 or $299.99 on a 3 year.

Just got an email from TELUS that the HTC One S is now available for $569.99 or $99.99 on a 3 year with $50/month plan ($299 with < $50/month plan). The One S' processor is similar to the one found on the LTE One X I reviewed recently while it sports 16GB of storage, 1GB RAM, 8MP camera with 4fps burst and 1650mAh battery. It also has a metal body instead of plastic but the screen is a 4.3" 960x540 Super AMOLED.

Introducing the new HTC One S

    http://www.telusmobility.com/en/ON/h..._s/index.shtml

    MTM $569.99
    1 yr $519.99
    2 yr $469.99
    3 yr $299.99
    promo $99.99 (3 yr with a $50/mo. spend commitment)

In stores now/soon. I would've preferred the black finish, but the silver still looks pretty slick in person.

Edit: Damn, Howard posted in the time it took to assemble mine. Mods, pls delete/merge

Well technically that's the 'regular' 3 year pricing you'd get if your bill was less than $50 per month.

Yeah, I think TELUS puts that $299.99 right-up-front because they want to be more transparent with pricing.

What is the memory capacity for the One S that is available for end users? I recall from the reviews that the Rogers One X is left with only 9 or 10GB for users. (My GN has 13GB left.)

I have this phone, got it on the 3 year promo for $99 but got the phone "free" by trading in my Nexus so didn't have to pay the $99.

Idea NXT, my phone right now has a bit under ten gigs left but for me thats fine as I don't do a lot of pictures, video or even have tons of apps. I did do about 13 minutes of fireworks on Victoria day and about 50 pictures with this phone, total came out to about 180 MB.

Overall right now I am loving this phone, so much better than the Nexus S and Mobi .. great phone, great network

I'm on the verge of picking this up and have done a fair bit of research on the phone in general but are there any issues that stand out to anyone? Sometimes it's hard to filter out the noise on the internet.
