I think the numbers of returned Triumphs are highly exaggerated. I'm on my 1st and only Triumph. So is my best friend.

The Best Buy where I bought and returned mine said almost as many came back as they sold. I suspect the return rate depends on a combination of where the person is located relative to cell towers and their need for GPS. Some people who simply wanted a bigger screen were willing to make performance sacrifices.

As stated, I couldn't even make a phone call from my house or get a GPS signal inside. Not much fun to have to walk to the top of a hill on my property to make a call. YMMV

Well I personally went through 6 class a replacements before Virgin stated that the issue with the camera was uncorrectable. They even went so far as to credit me the $75 I lost by selling the phone privately. Exaggerated, I think not.

Sent from my HTCEVOV4G using Tapatalk 2
    VM Journey= LG Rumor2>Samsung Intercept UD6>Motorola Triumph CM7 TG-Reloaded>HTC Evo V?
