    Flash from sprint to boost

    Good day! I'm new to the term "flashing" I have been reading to get an understand of it & still a little lost, but trying to save money and do the flash myself. So now I need to know how to flash a sprint phone to a boost mobile. Step by step instructions. I have read something about cmda program, and am lost from there. Help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
