yeah, but the overages are what are really the joke. they are at least being upfront with the limit, but at .10 per mb, that's 102.40 per GB, that's just effin insane for a smartphone
Hell, all i've used was pandora and slacker, four days into my cycle i'm already at 460MB. There is no way i could ever survive on a 1-2GB plan.
I am never home so i only have 15/2 internet from the cable co just so i can use the WiFi when i'm there to save on data, but on that connection i think the most i've used was ~5-8gb and that was a month i tried out netflix.

Hey....what do you want a cookie?
Sprint's going through a Network Overhaul either you can handle it and sweat it or you can't.....Everyone's not going to have the patients for this....It's the same thing AT&T went through when the iphone took their network down.
T-Mobile has nowhere near the Smartphone congestion on its network that Sprint does, Hell T-Mobile is fighting just to keep customers. So it's no shock they'll have higher speeds, not mention their Network isn't going through an overhaul.
It is what it is...once all 4 networks have solid LTE coverage, then we can pissing matches again.
In regards to Darrkman's speeds one also needs to realize they are different technologies. Sprint is running EVO Rev. A while T-Mobile is running HSPA+. Even if you have exclusive access to a 1GB fiber link to the Sprint site, the best you could hope to get is 2mbit/sec download with EVO. HSPA+ will easily beat that. Thankfully LTE will help level the playing field.

I support the right to keep and arm bears.
Sprint's network speeds have been in shambles since at least 2009, there is no excuse for the type of performance to go on that long.
i know you love to hate on T-Mobile, but they do have quite a bit of smartphones on their network, and even in congested areas they still seem to maintain decent speeds, unlike AT&T and Sprint
I was ride or die with Sprint for
11 years, I signed up in August 2001. In the last few years I didn't realize how bad Sprint was until I saw articles and played with friend's phones. I jumped to tmobile cause I'm paying about the same andmy data speeds are respectable. My speeds on tmobile are better than what I got on WiMAX with Sprint.

Congrats..
Thrill me...
I am never home, but if i were more, i'm sure i'd use more data. I just dont watch video like that. I even have cable and a TiVo that sits unused most of the time, i just pay the bill every month. I have cancelled all of it before, but then that's the time i actually want to watch something
Please it has not been in shambles since 2009...You love to hate on Sprint....Again T-Mobile has nowhere the amount of Smartphone on their network that Sprint and AT&T has...
Their losing Post-Paid subs remember!, if the network is so awesome why can't they hang onto them????....HSPA is definitely not iDen...where their excuse?
Anyway what ever works for you...I don't understand people telling their farewell stories....Like is some sort of AA club.
