If wireless companies are so proud of their brand, why hide behind other names?

How is chatr shutting down in Alberta? I bet the network is still the same. Why does chatr have store anyways? Their only store should be chatrwireless.com
My unlocked phone would not work on Wind and Mobilcity anyways. And it's working just fine on Chatr. WindTab is worse than a contract. If Wind is really serious, then they should offer even more now, that Chatr is out there. Competition is great.
Chatr is actually the only way I would be a Rogers customer.
PS did you see the inflated prices on the phones at Wind?
It's more a matter of extremes. Here, I'll fix z24gta's post to make it more accurate.
Rogers just doesn't want to admit that chat-r is bringing down their ARPU, and its a strain on there network. Rogers business model is charge obscenely high prices for ridiculously low levels (and poor) service.
Rogers charges the most for the least. Simple.
Unlocked Pentaband iPhone 5 (AWS), unlocked iPhone 4
Unlimited airtime, Unlimited CAN/US long distance, Unlimited SMS to CAN/US wireless numbers
2500 Call Forwarding minutes to CAN/US numbers
CiD, 6GB
Google Voice for visual voice mail with message transcription, conditional greetings, unlimited messages (vs 35 message cap), remote retrieval from any PC or phone, no auto-purge after 10 days and most importantly no $7-$8 charge.
$53
only if they want the brand to die.
Whether your phones works with Wind or not is not Winds fault. How is Windtab worse than a contract? Umm, so Wind should offer more than unlimited? And yes, competition is great. It's too bad Rogers doesn't agree. They fought hard to keep out the new carriers and created Chatr to try to kill the new carriers.
great.
No, because they are generally the same as or less than the unsubsidized prices at Rogers for similar models.
